UK Marine Eco Schools Topic Link

UNESCO Biosphere IoM Education Links

How does what we do in our schools, homes and streets affect our seas?

The Eco schools marine topic helps you and your students understand our impacts on the world’s oceans and how we can make positive differences for our seas.

Here in the Isle of Man the groups listed on this page can assist with you with this topic and support your eco schools work using local organisations.

We would also encourage you to include the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) wherever you can in your sustainability topics and teaching.

Each of the ten eco schools topics fits with an SDG and the link to the Marine topic goal is below. The banner is the link to the main SDG site.
